salaried employees of KYASE are eligible for the following standard benefit
package. HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN:
KYASE offers a
comprehensive medical insurance PPO. VACATION: Employees are eligible
to a vacation of two weeks per year. HOLIDAYS: Employees will get
nine paid holidays each Year. If an employee is working at client site, they
will be following the client holidays. REFERRAL FEES: The Employee Referral
Program provides a monetary incentive to employees for referring qualified
job candidates for selected jobs at the KYASE. Details available here. KYASE offers a bonus
for the employees after 3 months for any referral resulting in a
professional-level hire. Additional referral bonus programs and benefits may
